The two-roller bending machine has only one rigid roll, and the other is a flexible roll, made of rubber. When working, the servo motor drives the flexible roller to press against the rigid roller, and the deformation of the flexible roller causes the material to be deformed into a qualified shape. Due to the use of flexible rollers, the two-roller machine does not have any abrasion on the surface of the plate, which is very suitable for stainless steel materials.
The 2-roller bending machine has the advantages of high rolling precision, high efficiency (the most efficient can reach one piece per minute), and no need to pre-bend the plate end. The disadvantage is that the mold (casing) needs to be replaced when rolling with different diameters, which is suitable for mass production.
The efficiency of the 2-roller bending machine is very high, because it uses flexible rolls, so the metal material does not need to be pre-bent, of course, there is no need to trim. After omitting the above two procedures, the two-roll machining plate is formed at one time, and the processing speed is only related to the plate length.
