Product principle
Laser is a new light source, which has the characteristics of coherence, monochromaticity, directivity and high output power, which are unmatched by other light sources. By focusing the laser to a point, the power density on the focal plane can reach 10000-10000000000000w/cm2. Laser welding is to use the excellent directionality and high power density of the laser beam to work. The laser is generated by the laser and transmitted by the flexible fiber optical path. After being focused by the focusing mirror in the welding head, it acts on the welding seam between the materials to be processed. With the help of protective gas (to prevent the material from being oxidized), the material is liquefied to form a specific molten pool, so as to achieve the purpose of welding.
HOGI hand-held laser welding machine replaces the previous fixed optical path with hand-held welding gun, which is flexible and convenient, and has a longer welding distance.
The welding distance is longer, which overcomes the limitation of the workbench space and can be used when the workpiece size is not uniform and cannot be automatically welded.

Scope of application
Mainly for large workpieces, fixed positions such as inner right angle, outer right angle, plane weld welding, small heat affected area during welding, small deformation, large welding depth, and firm welding. It is a new and more flexible welding process for long-distance welding of large workpieces.
