1. Consumption of laser cutting equipment

Cutting auxiliary gas consumption

(1) Cutting carbon steel plate (take continuous processing of 1mm carbon steel plate as an example): Each large tank of liquid oxygen is about 175 liters, which can be used for at least 64 hours

(2) Cutting stainless steel plate or aluminum alloy plate (take continuous processing of 1mm stainless steel or aluminum alloy plate as an example): Each large tank of liquid nitrogen is about 175 liters and can be used for 20 hours

(1) Protective lens: USD32 per piece, 240 hours of working time.

(2) Focusing lens (imported): USD635 per piece, 3600 hours of working time.

(3) Copper nozzle: USD20 each, 720 hours of working time
