It consists of an upper roller, two lower rollers, a lifting screw, a turbine and some auxiliary parts. The lifting movement of the upper roller is realized by moving the lifting screw rod up and down. The upper roller can move vertically and horizontally. The vertical displacement of the upper roller adopts hydraulic transmission, and the horizontal movement adopts mechanical transmission.
With the board end pre-bending function, the upper roller moves horizontally to make the upper roller an asymmetrical position with respect to the lower roller to realize the board end pre-bending.
The motor and reducer drive the two lower rollers when rolling. Since the elevation of the lower roll remains unchanged, it is convenient to feed and operate.
