HOGI portable air-cooled handheld laser welding machines are designed for efficient metal joining with low heat input, minimal deformation, and high welding speed. The HGA series uses the H618 series air-cooled continuous fiber laser independently developed and produced by HOGI. Compared with traditional gas and solid-state lasers, the fiber laser used in this system has high electro-optical conversion efficiency and superior beam quality. Due to the coilability of the fiber, the fiber laser has a compact structure, making the machine truly portable for flexible workshop and on-site use.
The connection between workpieces is carried out by optical fiber fusion — the system is stable and reliable, adapts to various complex environments, and is maintenance-free. Fiber export enables easy use for various multi-dimensional and arbitrary space processing applications, reducing mechanical design difficulty. Available in 3-in-1, 4-in-1, and 5-in-1 function configurations with wire feeder options.
