HOGI Intelligent Sheet Metal Workshop solutions integrate sheet metal CNC laser cutting with loading and unloading production line capabilities, designed for automated laser cutting production. HOGI Laser has the ability to integrate all major laser brands — MAX, RAYCUS, IPG, and more — and can recommend or customize solutions based on customer production requirements. The machine series includes metal plate laser cutters, pipe laser cutters, plate and tube combination machines, coil laser cutters, and 3D laser cutting/welding/cleaning systems.
Available configurations include the 3015 economic laser cutter, large format single platform, gantry large format, bevel cutting, ultra-high power, medium-high power, exchange platform, and single platform models. The auto focus cutting head (Raytools/BOCI optional) features efficient cooling for both collimating and focusing mirror groups, plus increased nozzle airflow to protect the nozzle and ceramic body. Quick focus technology enables faster movement and larger focusing range. Four protective lenses reduce contamination and extend service life of collimating and focusing lenses. Intelligent monitoring displays lower protective lens temperature in real time via mobile APP or desktop, with over-temperature alarm protection.
