Universal Straight Seam Automatic Welding Machine is a universal automatic welding machine without deformation to complete the wall thickness of 0.5mm-6mm thin-walled cylinders, conical cylinders, flat plates or square boxes with an opening at one end for butt-joint straight-seam welding, humanized control.

The whole machine is made of high-strength steel plate de-stressed, long-term use will not be deformed. The traveling mechanism adopts high-precision linear guide plus speed-adjustable motor, which greatly improves the reliability of welding adjustment. The spindle is made of special round steel, with centering and positioning function. The backside of the weld is well protected to reduce the deformation and oxidation of the workpiece.
HOGI Straight seam welder: used for longitudinal seam welding of cylinders and longitudinal seam butt jointing of flat plates. It is adaptable to various welding methods such as gas shielding welding and argon arc welding autolysis (wire filling). The workpiece adopts airbag type compression mechanism, which ensures the full length of the workpiece to be in full contact with the welded copper bar after compression, realizing one-side welding and two-side molding to ensure the welding quality. There is a back gas protection device to protect the workpiece in the welding process is not easy to deformation, as well as the reverse side of the weld molding beautiful. The equipment adopts PLC control to realize fully automatic welding operation!
Configuration:
Support mandrel (without water-cooling), copper welding pad (the size of the groove formed by the pad is determined according to the thickness of the workpiece, the material, and the welding process), copper key pressure finger, 100mm welding torch pneumatic lifting mechanism (load 20kg), 60mm stroke two-dimensional manual adjustment mechanism, universal arc welding controller (adaptable to TIG/MAG/PAW).
