Equipment Function Introduction

DR600CSG is an integrated machine with the functions of diamond hammer, abrasive belt and universal roller, and chamfering and deburring. This machine is suitable for carbon steel plate, stainless steel plate, copper plate, etc. According to the different surface requirements of the workpiece to adjust the corresponding grinding parameters and choose the appropriate abrasive.

• Surface drawing function

This equipment is equipped with a wide sanding belt structure, the sanding belt in the grinding roller driven high-speed rotation, the surface of the workpiece for drawing, polishing, deburring.

• Rounding function

This equipment is equipped with a set of universal roller brush structure, roller brush abrasive high-speed rotation, the edge of the surface of the workpiece edge friction beat, so that the surface of the workpiece around the edge of the contour of the hole and smooth rounded, resulting in rounded corners effect.

• Sanding belt automatic deviation correction function

This equipment is equipped with a set of pneumatic deviation correction system, without manual intervention, the sand belt can find the swing action point in a very short time, so that the sand belt does not run off, so that the parts processing does not run off phenomenon.

• Dust collection function

This equipment is equipped with 1 wet dust collector (5.5KW). Dust removal method: the dust generated by the main machine during work is effectively sucked away by the dust collector.

• High-temperature wear-resistant anti-damping conveyor belt

This equipment is equipped with high damping wear-resistant conveyor belt, the conveyor structure and belt design is easy to maintain and replace; the conveyor belt undergoes high temperature in the process of using, which effectively adsorbs the workpiece and increases the service life of the conveyor belt.
