Application:
The lifting type straight seam welding machine tool is mainly suitable for straight seam butt welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and other metal workpieces in the middle and thin plate workpieces. The structural forms of workpieces that can be clamped and welded by the straight seam welding machine include: sheet metal, cylindrical workpieces, conical cylinders, truncated cones, as well as box structures, flat plate splicing joints and so on.
Main features:
Ø The equipment is compared with the traditional press-type straight seam automatic welding machine by adding a large cantilever and a beam that can be lifted and lowered electrically.
Ø The design principle of this equipment is to utilize the piano key pressing type mechanism to provide balanced workpiece clamping and cooling effect, and the excess heat on the workpiece will be quickly exported from the weld seam when welding, in order to reduce the possibility of weld burn-through as well as the warping and deformation of the workpiece.
Ø With this equipment, one side can be welded and both sides can be formed. Many weldable metal materials can be welded on this automatic welding machine, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, weldable aluminum alloy and other metal materials.
