Structure Description:

Pure electric servo CNC bending machine is a kind of machine that adopts synchronous control technology with electric drive, which can realize accurate bending of plates and has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection and low cost, etc. It refers to the bending machine that is completely driven by electric drive, and generally adopts CNC system and electric motor as the power source.Its biggest features are no pollution, no impact noise, low energy consumption, simple maintenance, easy operation, etc. And it is excellent in the field of high precision and high speed bending. Working Principle:

Pure electric servo bending machine is a new type of CNC bending machine with servo-driven system, and its control system adopts servo motor. It drives the push rod of the piston cylinder to expand and contract through the rotation of the motor, thus realizing the bending treatment of the work piece. The control system of the pure electric servo bending machine also includes position sensors, controllers and supporting software systems. During the working process, the control system monitors and controls the position and speed of the piston cylinder in real time to ensure accurate processing of the work piece.It bends the work piece into the desired shape by the action of the lower and upper molds. When working, the work piece is placed on top of the lower mold, which supports the work piece, and the upper mold presses the work piece downward to realize the bending of the work piece. Through the rotation of the motor, the upper die is driven to move upward or downward to complete the forward and backward movement of the table and the processing of the work piece.Among them, the movement of the swing arm can make the table move back and forth to meet the processing of work pieces of different lengths. The control system realizes precise control and operation of the pure electric bending machine by adjusting the position and parameters of the motor and other components.

Work Process:

1. Load the work piece: First of all, the work piece to be processed needs to be placed on the worktable of the bending machine and positioned according to the technical requirements. This step needs to be operated in strict accordance with the requirements in order to avoid errors in the processing of the work piece.

2. Program setting: Enter the parameters of the work piece to be processed on the controller, including the size of the work piece, bending angle, bending times, bending radius and so on. After the input is completed, the program is verified and optimized by the supporting software.

3. Start processing: When the program is set, processing can begin. Start the pure electric servo bending machine, the control system will bend the work piece according to the set parameters. In this process, the controller not only monitors the speed, steering and torque of the servo motor in real time, but also controls the position and speed of the piston cylinder.

4. Finish processing: When the work piece is finished processing, it needs to be inspected and measured to ensure that it meets the technical requirements. If further processing or correction is required, the parameters can be re-entered for re-processing.
