For the full servo coiler rolled features and process requirements, the research content of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects.
(1) analyze the four-roller coiler roll forming process, familiar with the process of rolling in the preparation, alignment, pre-bending, rolling into shape, closing several major links, clear control objects and process flow. Understand the structure and working principle of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, analyze the characteristics of the motor rotor structure, familiar with the basic principles of permanent magnet synchronous motor coordinate transformation, give different coordinate systems under the permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model, derive the equation of state describes the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.
(2) Compared with the conventional PI-controlled permanent magnet synchronous motor, the speed loop of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is improved in order to improve the robustness problem, and the PI controller is optimized mainly by the bat algorithm and BP neural network. Since the parameters of the PI controller are not the global optimal solution in the conventional method, the Bat algorithm is used to find the optimal solution and improve the control parameters; the BP neural network control is used to automatically adjust the parameters of the PI controller when the operating state of the system changes, and the optimization of the PI control parameters is carried out through self-learning and the adjustment of the weighting coefficients. After the improvement of the algorithm, it can realize the high precision tracking of the position of the metal plate.
(3) In the process of metal sheet rolling, the radius of curvature of the workpiece rolling is the most important parameter, which directly affects the rate of rolled material, therefore, the online detection of the radius of curvature of the metal sheet is particularly important. Using laser distance measuring device, combined with Siemens 300 series PLC, designed and developed a metal plate curvature radius online detection device system. Through the online detection of the radius of curvature of the sheet metal, the closed-loop control of the rolling process is achieved to ensure the precision and yield of the sheet metal rolling. Through this research, it is verified that the full-servo four-roller coiler, after optimization of rotational speed control and combined with the radius of curvature detection system, achieves the requirements of high-precision rolling of sheet metal and improves the qualification rate of rolled shape.
