The bending center specializes in solving complex sheet metal bending problems in metal forming. Traditional Production Model Faces Difficulties

Before partnering with the HOGI CNC bending center, the sheet metal shop had traditionally relied on manual bending to process workpieces. This traditional production model created numerous bottlenecks for the group. Because products were non-standard, each new workpiece required the creation of a new mold, along with mold changes and adjustments. This not only increased production costs but also significantly increased production preparation time. Furthermore, manual bending relies heavily on operator expertise. An unskilled operator could take two or even three times as long as a skilled worker to complete the same number of orders. HOGI CNC Bending Center Equipment Breaks Through Bottlenecks

The arrival of the HOGI CNC bending center is undoubtedly a booster for sheet metal processing plants to achieve cost control, increase efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery. The ABA automatic upper pressure adjustment mechanism on the multi-sided bending center acts as a universal bending die, enabling zero-second die changes for different workpieces, effectively reducing production time and lowering costs. Combined with the single-shot centering process that automatically positions the plate using a CNC positioning device, it can achieve one-time positioning to complete multilateral bending, control the error of plate shearing on the first bend, and effectively ensure the high quality of the product.

The QT500-7 high-grade castings are optimized through finite element analysis and precision heat treatment processes to ensure stable performance under long-term high-load working conditions. The unique deflection compensation design automatically adjusts bending parameters for different plate thicknesses and materials, ensuring processing accuracy. Cumulative tolerance control: The in-house machining workshop can dynamically adjust part matching to control assembly tolerances within ±0.1mm, far exceeding industry standards. We have independently developed an 18-axis/21-axis fully servo-controlled CNC system that supports 25-axis simultaneous motion. The system features 3D real-time simulation of the bending process, automatic detection of program errors, an integrated compensation self-learning module that automatically records and optimizes parameters to reduce debugging time, and support for precise control via a handwheel. It is also equipped with a collision-avoidance knife system, ensuring safe and convenient operation.
